You will receive an account activation email like this. Click on the link to activate your account.
Once you have activated your account, you will see a registration success page. You will also receive an email confirming your account has been created. The email will show your Smart Consumer Member Code.
Key in your Smart Consumer Member Code for Distributor ID
The Password is the one that you used to register in Step 1
To begin your purchase, go to Cart at the top right corner
In Store Selection
Select Singapore, or the country applicable to you
Enter product description, click Search, then Add to Cart
When you have completed your selection, click Check out, then click Continue

Provide a delivery address or self-pickup at store

Under billing information
Check the PayPal Radio Button and Click Continue
For credit card payment, you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account.
Even though payment mode is shown as Paypal, click Place Order, then click PayPal checkout.
You will be directed to a PayPal secure on-line payment website hosted by PayPal.
Select PayPal Guest Checkout
Select Country and fill in your credit card details and other information as required.
Before clicking Pay Now, check the Radio Button – No, I don’t want an account now with a tick showing “I confirm that I am of legal age and agree to the PayPal Privacy Statement.”
Then click Pay Now.
At the top right hand corner, it will show your Order Status as Paid – Your payment is being verified.
You will also receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal in your email.
Once you have login using your Distributor ID and password, you will be billed Member’s Price.
Your order will be processed immediately once payment is received.
A minimum purchase of S$250 and RM300 is required to enjoy free delivery in Singapore and Malaysia respectively. Otherwise delivery charge is S$12 and RM15. The PV of each product is shown once you have added a product description.
Delivery will be made on the same day if the order is placed before 12pm. Otherwise, delivery will be on the next working day. Delivery time is 6pm to 9pm(Mon to Fri).
Self-pickup at store
Please check and confirm that all entries are in the invoice, and the stock given to you are correct and in good condition before you acknowledge the receipt of goods.
Delivery as per your delivery address
• That the seal is not broken. All NewLife™ products and goods are subject to stringent check and quality control. Each carton is sealed with NewLife™’s tape. Any seal found to be broken must be acknowledged immediately by the delivery men so as to facilitate any claim.
• That the goods are not damaged and that there are no shortages. If you discover any damage or shortage of goods, it must be reported to NewLife™’s respective office within 24 hours after delivery. Any report received after this time frame will not be entertained.
